Win level 3-4 in Hard mode
Level 1-1 Pirate Hat
Destroy Hairy Nanny Daycare after the miniboss.
Private Eye hat
Win level 3-2 in Hard mode
Shark Fin
Go to level 2-4 and push under the snowplow truck and drown
Soviet hat
Get it at level 2-1
Tom Fulp hair
Change yours to tomfulp
Top hat and Flower Ring
Win level 1-1 with gore off mode on any difficulty
