Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout has officially gone free and players can download on any of the supported platforms. Anyone who has played the title in the past can now enable the cross save and share all progress between the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch versions.
What is cross-save?
Like all games published by Epic Games, in fact, the colorful Mediatonic title also enjoys full support for cross-play and cross-progression. The first feature allows you to play with users on other platforms and can be activated or deactivated directly from the settings menu. Cross-progression, on the other hand, is a mechanism by which it is possible switch between devices while maintaining all progress (costumes, customizations and emotes) and the Kudos acquired over time.
How cross-save is activated
The method through which Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout players can enable shared progression across all platforms is really simple and does not require any special steps as seen a few months ago with Rocket League. The cross-save of the free-to-play version of Fall Guys is automatic, provided, however, that the player has prepared his profile for such a function: to do this it is necessary have an Epic Games Store account to which all the platforms in your possession have been associated. Then log into your Epic account from any browser and visit the links page and then click on "Account": from here, check that all accounts are linked (PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo) and, if not, click on the button to remedy. At this point you can start the game on any of your devices to find all items, currencies and statistics.
