With the arrival of the Fortnite Season 10, epic Games wanted to revolutionize the weekly challenge system of the title's Battle Royale mode. Starting this season, the challenges have been completely removed, introducing weekly missions in their place. So far, so good.
Too bad that the new Missions, which will be conceptually identical to the Challenges, will be accessible only to those who have purchased the Pass of the Battle X. Until last season, those who didn't own the Battle Pass could still have fun with three free challenges, without necessarily needing to spend money on the purchase of the pass. But apparently from today, this will no longer be the case.

Not only the free challenges have been removed, but it is also changed the way the weekly challenges work, now grouped by thematic macro categories: Zero Point, Equilibrium, Road Trip and Royal Brawl. New challenges will come in groups in eight, fifteen, twenty-two days, and so on.
Each Fortnite challenge group now allows you to earn Battle Stars, Experience Points or exclusive cosmetic items. Complete the basic challenges Prestige ones will be unlocked, more complex but with more tempting rewards. The new mechanism will certainly be more complex than the previous one: after observing the reaction of the player community, not very happy of the new changes, it is not excluded that Epic Games changes the entire system again.
Also because it is a not insignificant problem for all those players who in recent years have taken part in hundreds of weekly challenges without having to pay anything.
