The Division 2 main campaign ends upon reaching level 30 and conquering the last Capitol Stronghold. At the end of this process, the game begins to change and the Black Tusk military force enters the field. This new faction will start a real Invasion, blocking missions and main nodes that will have to be recaptured. The structure of the end game activities is divided into World Sections which will have to be climbed to get up to the fifth which represents the current cap.
A basic structure is connected to each world tier, culminating in the liberation of the Strongholds - they have an equipment score to meet in order to face them - which are connected to two invasion missions that must be completed before being able to storm the Stronghold. After completing the missions and passing the Stronghold, the world tier level evolves and moves on to the next where you have to repeat the process. Continuing on this path, the grip of the Black Tusk will begin to give way and many areas will have returned to civilian control.
