Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 sarà su Xbox Game Pass?
Considering the recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft, it is reasonable to wonder if Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be included in the PC and Xbox Game Pass catalogue, a bit like all the games produced by Xbox studios.
However, the answer is negative: at launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will not be included in Game Pass. The first Activision Blizzard games will only become part of the service during 2024 and it is not clear at the moment whether Modern Warfare 3 will be among these.

Cross-play e Cross-progression
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 supports the cross-play, which means that PlayStation, Xbox and PC users can play together in the same modes regardless of their platform.
Activision Blizzard's shooter also supports the cross progression and therefore your progress, game statistics and digital content will be maintained even when changing gaming platforms, for example going from PS5 to Xbox Series X, as long as you continue to use the same Activision account.
Singleplayer campaign and Open combat missions
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be a Direct sequel to Modern Warfare 2 released last year. The single player campaign will refer to that of the original 2011 game of the same name (of which it is basically a remake), without however denying interesting variations on the theme and the introduction of some new features, in particular the Open Combat missions.
In the game we will once again follow the events of the Task Force 141 and Captain Price as they face the threat posed by the ruthless ultranationalist Vladimir Makarov and his ruthless terrorist attacks, which aim to throw the West into chaos and unleash a new global conflict. A real manhunt that will lead players to fight in various locations around the world.
A very interesting novelty is certainly represented by the Open Combat mission. These are missions that offer the player greater freedom of choice and action, allowing him to explore larger environments and decide how to tackle the objectives offered. In some situations, for example, we will be able to opt for a stealthy approach or proceed with all guns blazing, with all the repercussions of the case on the carrying out of the mission itself.
Multiplayer mode
As per tradition, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will also offer a vast number of modes in which players can battle. There is no shortage of classic ones, such as Team Deathmatch, Control, Domination and Confirmed Kill, which will be joined by the new cutthroat. It is a mode where three teams of three players face each other in a fight to the death and where the first team to win three rounds wins. There is no respawn but it is possible to revive a companion on the ground, thus giving life to dynamic and intense clashes, where teamwork is essential to ensure victory. In addition to the maps listed above, some will be added following the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Most popular maps of Modern Warfare 2 for free.
