You are often asked to remove the old SIM from the phone in order to read the code printed on it, a cumbersome operation that now requires the appropriate pin, which is rarely available on almost all smartphones.
The ICCID code (the name is an acronym for IC Card ID) or I am a series, is a unique code consisting of 19 digits and usually beginning with 8939.
Actually, there are also 16, 20 and 22 digit ICCID codes. To get the 19 digits we need, follow these instructions:

On smartphones with Google or Android operating systems it is not possible to see the code directly, but a small application is enough to easily recover it.
A really comfortable application to use. SIM card information. To recover the technical ICCID all you have to do is:
- install the app from Play Store;

In the case of Apple devices with iOS system (iPhone or iPad equipped with a Sim module), an application is not necessary to find the SIM card serial number, but simply go to Settings.
This is a very simple procedure in which you will have to:
- Press on the settings icon, it is located on the home screen;
- once you open them adjustments, select the article general;
- press Information and look for the voice ICCID, this is the series;
- you can copy it by long pressing the item and pressing up Copy.

- Connect your iPhone or iPad to your Mac:
- open iTunes on PC if it doesn't open automatically;
