How to remove member from Facebook group. You are the administrator of a Facebook group and want to remove a member.
Facebook groups are meant to be communities for people with something in common. Unfortunately, they can also attract the attention of trolls.
and you are managing a Facebook group, you will probably have to join and remove someone at some point. That's how.
Remove member from Facebook group
- click the arrow next to the comment
- select Delete message and Remove user
Facebook will give you a couple of options if you'd like to also delete previous comments or decline members they've invited. Also, if you don't want the person to be able to reenter or see the group, select Block.
To continue, click Confirm and the comment will be deleted and the person removed.
You can also remove a person from the member list. To get there, click where it says the number of members in the right side panel.
Find the member you want to remove, click the gear icon next to the details and select Remove from group. Click Confirm to remove the member.
