In these hours, the Chinese social platform Weibo is a source of very important news and this time it is the turn of the next top of the Huawei range belonging to the P50 series. A well-known blogger has in fact published a screenshot of a post that appeared in the section dedicated to the Mate 40 series, announced by the Chinese giant last year but which would actually concern the new Huawei P50.
In fact, a whistleblower allegedly claimed to be an "internal company tester" and would therefore have had access to some information that has hitherto remained private, such as that relating to Huawei P50 standards that he could reportedly rely on a display with a 90Hz refresh rate while the Pro version panel would achieve a 120Hz refresh rate. Other information would concern those relating to the processor, with the presence of the Kirin 9000 and 9000e. New confirmations would then come from the presence of a front camera incorporated in a central hole.
However, the rear camera would be the highlight of the next Huawei P50 Pro or Plus, as it could implement a 20x optical zoom capable of going up to a 200x digital zoom. To be identified commercially, this solution could be called “Binocular Zoom”. This is clearly only an indiscretion, which is why other confirmations will be necessary before being sure that this solution can arrive with the next devices of the Chinese house. Certainly it would not be an unthinkable move if we consider that the Chinese giant has been investing in this sector for several years and the results are clearly visible. This choice could place itself in direct competition and exceed what is proposed by the latest smartphones arrived at Samsung and in particular by the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
The new Samsung flagship indeed offers un sistema Space Zoom 100x, made possible by a periscope telephoto lens able to reduce data dispersion and increase image quality. Today the battle between the various devices has increasingly turned towards the photographic sector and considering that Huawei is pushing hard on this sector, we are sure that the company's next flagship will want to do even better than the previous Huawei P40 Pro + and it will certainly not be a task. simple.
The main difficulties could be found at the hardware level, as more work will have to be done to detach the lens from the sensor and this would cause the need to have even more space available under the body. The other problem would instead concern the light that will need to bounce several times and would risk not getting the right information to the sensor.
However, Samsung has managed to create a particularly interesting solution without major problems and it is very likely that Huawei can follow the path traced and improve it further. thanks also to the massive use of Artificial Intelligence, useful in this case to compensate for the loss of quality with a software solution.
Another novelty would concern fast charging which could reach extreme speeds such as 135W. Nothing HarmonyOS 2.0 instead, with the system that will still rely on EMUI 11, at least in our part, while in China things could be different. While waiting to have more certainties about it, what has been announced would be enough to impressively increase the appeal on the next Huawei devices.
