In total there are 9 constellations scattered throughout the 3 galaxies: find and photograph them all to get the trophy. - Centurion - Score at least 12.000.000 points in Verum Rex: Beat of Lead
To score such a high score in Verum Rex (video game accessible from the Playroom in the Toy Box), just avoid the first Gigas and go to the far left, thus finding a stronger one. At this point, shoot non-stop and continuously destroy the enemies, so as to increase the combo multiplier and far exceed 12 million points. - Festive dancer - Score at least 70.000 points in the Festive Dance
To score such a high score in Festive Dance (located in the same position where you danced in the main story), simply change partners continuously and press square three times until the Reaction Command is fully loaded: at this point, wait until a second from the end and use it, so as to earn at least 15.000 points more. - Destroyer of shields - Score at least 600.000 points in the Frosty Slide
To achieve such a high score in Frosty Slide (minigame accessible via Elsa, located in the Mountain Ridge), just never bump into any obstacle: to be sure, always take the left path, so as to get more bonus points. - Hunting for data - Get an A rank on both Flash Tracker courses
To score such a high score in the two Flash Tracker courses, you will need to use two different tactics:
- In the first, located in the Southern District, it counts to be fast. Forget some of the first rings (the most awkward ones to grab) and press X against the first group of enemies to annihilate most of them. At this point, take advantage of the slide and try to take as many rings as possible: once you are back on the ground, go ahead and defeat the enemies with the giant ball (each one will give you 500 points). Now climb the building trying to pass through the rings (not an impossible feat) to reach the last section: use the aerial steps to take all the rings and end the challenge;
- In the second, the real difficulty will be defeating all the enemies quickly, so we advise you to try it at level 99, and perhaps with the Ultima Weapon, to quickly defeat the enemies and to have more time to devote to the rings. - A real captain - Sink 200 enemy ships in the Caribbean
After finishing The Caribbean, you can freely explore all the islands with The Leviathan. With about two hours of navigation, you will be able to sink 200 ships and unlock the trophy, as well as bring The Leviathan to the maximum level. - You smile! - Take your first photo
See Eternal Memories. - Eternal memories - Keep 50 photos
To get the trophy, you will have to press the touchpad and take 50 photos, although just photograph each Lucky Charm and never delete a shot. - Cornucopia - Collect all kinds of ingredients
In total there are 59 different ingredients and, to get them all, you will have to explore each planet well and interact, when possible, with the small objects to collect them. More than half are also available in the Moguri shop, while the rest are obtainable by achieving a high score with the Seven Puddings. - Complete menu - Get your first “Excellent” in the kitchen
See Superfine Chef. - Muscle memory - Get a high score in one of the Classic Kingdom minigames
See Classic Training. - Blade master - Get a fully upgraded Keyblade
To get the trophy, go to the Workshop and fully upgrade any Keyblade: the required materials will be found by opening the chests scattered around the worlds.

To quickly reach level 99, first you have to finish the game, then go to the ice maze in Ariandelle and head left until you climb a wall via the Air Passes. At this point, between the three ways, go and choose the one on the left to find a battle portal which, if completed, will give you about 45.000 experience points: repeat it until you reach level 99 to unlock the trophy.
