You will have time until 27 November to maximize this Social Link.

Reaching rank 10 will also allow Yosuke to transform his Persona Jiraiya into Susano-o, as well as unlocking the ability to obtain by merging Mada, the highest level Person in the Magician arcane.
Furthermore, if you talk to him after 10/1 having maximized his Social Link, Susano-o will turn into Takehaya Susano-o, learning the one move in the process Youthful Wind (Heals party members for a moderate amount of HP and increases accuracy / evasion for 3 turns).
