Spring returns every year to thicken trees, flowers and seasonal allergies of various kinds. Between those who love it for the environmental awakening and those who hate it for the same reason, the spring breeze, the pollen and the first heat is something we are used to by now. A bit sad to spend these first beautiful days closed at home, but with an ongoing pandemic, very little can be done. Spring also comes to Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and likewise, cherry trees bloom too.

Once a year - Animal Crossing: New Horizons, all the cherry blossom projects
In Animal Crossing, cherry trees blossom once a year, bringing with them numerous materials and items to craft. In the Northern Hemisphere (the one you will normally have chosen if you read us from Europe) the cherry trees blossom in the period from 1 to 10 April. We think that, theoretically, in the southern hemisphere this period should correspond to the one that goes from 1 to 10 October. We await confirmation.
You will find DIY projects to compose with cherry petals by hitting the balloons flying over your island with the Slingshot only and exclusively in this period. You can also find them in bottles you find on the beach or donated by your inhabitants. If you don't collect them all before the above period ends, you will have to try again next year. Or ask your friends to build them for you!
