Training
Run forward as soon as you have taken control of Remy. To sprint in the direction you want to move, press R1. At the end of the core path, you will find yourself with your brother Emile. In the next segment you will need to familiarize yourself with your jumping skills. Proceed along all the pots, jumping to get them. You will need to use the "Double Jump" as often as possible. Then you will reach Emile, near the network. Climb up on it, and grab the apples along the way. Then jump to the base of the net, and press square to grab, as taught by the tutorial. Climb the rope to get to your goal. Grab the barrel next to you, and run forward, stocking up on the usual core. Enter the hole, to get to the room where Emile will be waiting for you. Go down to the floor, then proceed to the blue column, near which your brother is.
Training - Second part
Jump on the pipe that comes out of the wall, then grab it. Timing is essential: you will have to press the "jump" button when you are at the lowest point of your trajectory. This way you will never miss the mark. You will learn about your "Super Sniffer" ability here. Jump the hole, and use the pipes to get to the platform on the opposite side, grabbing the apple. In case you fall down, you will have to go back to the chest and proceed to re-execute the path. Super Sniffer again, to find another apple, and head for it. Away along the wall, then grab the bright yellow barrel, take it to the base of the bed, then jump, grab the apple, there will only be two left. Super Sniffler again, on the left, go to the furniture, then jump on the net, go up to the right, take the third apple. Drop down to the platform. Go back to where you met Emile to get the last core, then proceed to the edge of the room to track down Emile. Jump on the sphere, get the 10 apples in the room, and the 11th out the window. Go up and enter the hole, take the last apple. Emile will tell you to proceed to the rope, press the Action button, then off to the roof, and get the five apples. Grab the next rope, take the 7 apples, cross the gap, finished the mission.
Training - Third part
Jump on the series of pipes, just press the action button when you are in their vicinity. Eventually, Emile will explain the principles of how invisibility works. You can use any objects to hide your presence. An indicator at the bottom right of the screen tells you when they are looking at you, and when they are not. Finish the instructions, grab the box, and press the "Action" button to hide inside. Take the apples near the hen. You will have to be very patient and maintain a state of invisibility. Press the action key to get the spoon, with which Emile will teach you how to defend yourself. You will come to a new platform, where Emile is waiting for you. Jump into the container, grab the apples while you are inside. Jump on the pipe you see above you to avoid taking damage.
River Escape
Proceed forward avoiding colliding with the rocks, feverishly pressing the action button to increase the descent speed. At the crossroads, left. Grab the cookbook, then proceed along the corridors. Outside, keep to the right. Go left first, then right, to overcome two eddies, visible from the outgoing water in the shape of a geyser. Always keep to the right, avoiding being destroyed by boulders along the way. You will have to avoid five. Then go back to the recipe book, crossing the gap between the rocks. Press the action key to avoid the rats that appear in front of you. Stay in the center of the stream. Move to the gap in the rocks ahead of you. Then move to the right. Take the cheese. Continuing forward, enter the hole in the gate, and you will be on horseback. Left, end of the mission.
Paris Arrival
Use your SS skill. Go up the stairs following the directions provided by this. Use the wall on the left to facilitate your ascent. Press the action key to activate the Ratapult. Get the stars on the other side of the platform. Cross the gap, arriving at Paris Street. You will find yourself in a long corridor with some copper pipes inside. Run forward, passing all the pipes. There are some rather difficult jumps, the double jump is indicated. Take the cheese. Press the action key to use the rope. Jump on the red pipe. Take the cheese. Double jump to the new tube. Follow it to the left. Continue to its end, so you will be on solid ground. Via the corridors, until you reach a new Ratapult. Enter the passage on the right. You will come to a platform. Press the action key on the grate that you will find on your right. You will be given instructions on making a soup. Enter the opening to chase the chef. Collect all the stars in the location.
Distraction
Walk forward along the opening to find yourself at the "Home Stink Home" area. Take the stars ahead of you. Left, talk to your father. Got control of Remy, left again. Take the bag at the back of the car. Collect the stars, then jump over the pits. A series of consecutive jumps await you. Destroy all garbage. Kill the enemies and get the bone. Get the stars and the cheese, then the bone, and go back.
Rat Traps
Run forward, talk to Emile. He will tell you to take the spoons and use them to deactivate the traps. You will have to use all your strength to avoid coming into direct contact with the traps, as they cause great damage. Run past the dog. Grab the spoon on the other side of the screen. Take him to the trap. Go back to the garbage. Look to the right. Take the spoon from the box. Head to the trap near Emile, and break it with the spoon. Go back to the left, use the Ratapulta. Jump on the crate, then get the stars on the motorcycle. Stay close to the front of the bike, jump forward to get a new star. Break the sack, get the stars, then you'll find a red chair. Climb to the top of the dump, take the dart. Grab the spoon, drop down, break the trap, and proceed to the last one around the patrol dog. Climb the broken pipe, grab the spoon, drop down and destroy the last trap.
Rooftop Romp
Go back to the outside of the clearing where you placed the final trap. Head to the wire grate, enter the hole. Jump on the cables, by pressing the action button you will be able to have a good grip. Smash the bag to get the stars, then enter the new hole. Enter the hole on the left, break the sack, grab the stars, and climb up to where you left off. So look at the wall on the right, and go up to get the stars. Left. Jump on the pipe that extends along the wall. You will arrive at a bonus level called "Say Cheese". You will get a reward for completing it. Use the umbrella to get to the lower part of the street. Break all the traps. Turn right at the road, proceeding to the end of the alley. Off to the top of the junkyard, grab the items from the bags, and then head back to the road. Complete the new bonus level, return to the area with the motorcycles. Turn to the wall, jump and press the action button, climb up, continue along the platforms. Talk to the mouse, take the crate to disguise yourself. Take the star on your left. Pull the spoon to the area below. Continue to the left, grab the star, and break the bag, getting more stars. Go past the platforms, then break the bag near the wall. Jump to one block, and then run to the base of the next. Repeat the process until you have completely passed the cat. Grab the umbrella, and use it to climb up to the stars. Ignore the ball, head left, get the star. Pull the lever, create the ramp, go down, jump on the ball, kill the enemies, proceed down the corridor, follow the lower path (at the fork), destroy the bugs, use the blue box to destroy the stars, go back to the intersection, and also eliminate the other enemies. Avoid all the holes, destroy the bugs, continue along the platform, use the Ratapult to get to the top, then drop down. Take the CHILI BOMB, then go down. Run, then on the right break the box. Double jump to reach the fence, grab the stars, and continue with your mission. Jump on the red table. Off to the corner, jump on the rope, and use it to proceed along the roof. Take the star, enter the passage.
The Food Heist
Jump to the roof, and proceed to the bonus level. You simply have to press the keys as indicated on the screen to follow the path that is indicated to you. Immediately after, you will see a cutscene, and you will have to participate in a new mini-game. It will be similar to a golf game, except that the goal is to insert a needle. A third will follow immediately, in which you simply have to press the keys that are indicated to you. Hold the R2 button to move quickly. Go up the ramp, then jump the gap, run to the crate, then left, go down the ramp, go towards the street, stay on the left, move towards the screen, go up, run along the boards, turn left avoiding the conduit , then right, jump the crate, go back to the road, keep to the right as you go up the ramp, and the mission will end.
Pipe Slide
You will run along some platforms in search of some stars. There are a great deal of gaps that you will have to overcome before you can complete this clearing. Always avoid losing control - it's especially easy right after a double jump, so those are the times when you need to pay the most attention. As you progress through the level, the holes will become more and more frequent.
Gas in the Kitchen
Proceed along the passage, there will be many stars and objects that you can recover. Grab a spoon, head left over a wooden plank. Go back to the chili bomb, place it on the planks, then go back and let it all explode; the box will open, revealing other stars inside. Jump, press the action key to grab a wire, then climb to get to the "City of Lights". Go back to the section with the patrol dog, climb up the right wall, reaching the top of the roof. Use the blocks that come out of the wall to avoid being seen by the cat. Jump to the platforms, then on top of the table, there will be some meat on the corner. After the bonus level, continue along the wire, arriving at a location where you can use the umbrella to proceed along the streets. Drop down, and continue forward. You will come to the right section of a closed gate, jump on one of the crates, then jump from pipe to pipe. Use a double jump to get over the fence, then grab the LIGHTBULB. Follow the boards that lead to the lower section of the island, break the bag, proceed forward to the board. Enter the small hole on the fence, arriving at another area that you can freely explore, in which there are many stars. Grab the stars to your left and right, then drop off the platform, and proceed along the axes to get another star. In the rat holes you can proceed to save the game. Grab the LIGHTBULB, then climb the trunk in the middle, and break the bags to get some stars, then proceed left, and enter the opening. Right, go up the stairs, reaching the Ratapulta. Continue to the center of the room, grab the light bulb on the platform, double jump to get the star, off to the beach, then to the base of the stairs. Climb to the top of them, press the action button, take the light bulb, go back to the main room, then beach, go down the passage to the hidden room. Take the light bulb. Open the box with the spoon. Jump on the container, and proceed along the rapids. Take the stars. Avoid the falls. You will return to the main hall. Collect everything, and return to the location where you found the beach ball. Climb the stairs, then forward, destroy the bugs, break the box, get the stars, go back to the home base, enter the opening, get the stars, go to the location suggested by your father, enter the passage marked in red. Left, take the bottle. At the kitchen, break the sack by catching the stars. Get on the cart. Take the chili bomb. Stay away until it explodes. By repeating these operations, completely clean the reference area. Kill all the enemies, paying attention to the chefs. Use the spoons scattered around the room to make the job easier. With one of these, break the blue box. Climb to the top of the crates, jump to the opposite side. Take the chili bomb. Use the spoon to break the pits. Break the bag, go to the trolley, climb to the top, break the bag, get the stars, use the ratapult, get the bottles. Head to the raised kitchen, use the spoon to break the lower box. Jump along the pots to reach the higher locations, drop down using the spoon to break the box, then off to the wall, pressing the action key to speed things up. Follow the platforms, grab the bottle, then keep going, grab the stars, climb the wall, drop down, break the sack. Use the ratapult to jump to the other side of the room, grab the bottle, follow the pipes to get to the umbrella.
Helpful Cooking
Head to the corner of the kitchen, then you'll need to complete the quest before the time runs out. It will start right after a mini-game. If the dish ordered coincides with what is indicated on the icon at the top right, then you will have to say yes, otherwise, you will say no. Completed this mini-game, you will have finished the mission and you will get 200 points.
The Doorknob
Use the SS skill starting from where Emile drops you, you will have to go to the kitchen. Go to the location where you released the second spoon on the eleventh mission, climb up, and use the Ratapulta to get to the cart. Jump out of the crates, and move to the left, arriving at the Ratapulta, use it to get to the switchboard, press the action key to finish the level.
More Cooking
Use SS skills to go to the kitchen. Head to the pillar of blue light, and play the mini-game rejecting the ingredients that are not congruent with Remy's advice. So ahead of you you will see a column of blue light. Enter, you will be asked to decorate a cake. Hit the keys as Remy suggests. Then the last one: insert the ingredients paying attention to their association with the joypad keys. The association changes each time an ingredient is added.
Key Theft
Use SS skills to find your destination. When you get to the blue light column, your goal will be to get the food key. Jump to the ground below you, run along the wall, climb the spoon, go to the ratapult, then on top of the sail, climb along the pipes to an umbrella. Use the SS skill, drop down, then use the action key, grab the key, and proceed around the corner, and up the ramp. Destroy the crabs in the barrel. Bring the key with you, the mission will be over.
More Cooking - 2
You will have to complete four mini-games within the time limit. Go ahead, then right, play the mini-game, then enter the kitchen. Turn around and move forward until you reach the pillar of light. Another mini-game, so the level will be over.
Operation: Food
Head to the corner, Emile awaits you there, jump on the crates. A series of mini-games awaits you. In the first, you have to help Emile pull a rope. Stop the gauge before it fills up completely. Then all the mice will run to the door, and another mini-game will begin. So in the next mini-game, you'll have to look at the top right of the screen to figure out which direction to turn and which button to press. You will then have to guide Remy as he runs across the screen avoiding being caught. Stay in the middle-right part of the screen. Go up the ramp. Avoid all the blue objects. Skip all the holes. Stay on the right side of the play area, and continue with several double jumps as you move. Some small consecutive jumps signal the approaching end of the mission.
Sliding Escape
Go down the ventilation shaft and get the stars. Jump trying to keep control of the character. At full speed, break through the grate on the left. Avoid all rotating blades by sudden movements. Arriving at the mattress, your mission will be over.
Fuse in the Market
Enter the passage, arriving at some pipes. Take the light. Return to the center of the area. Talk to your father. Run down the corridor, get a star. Avoid the guy who wants to bother you, then move on. Left, go through the alley, go up to the boxes above the table. Bonusstage, then proceed to the sleeping woman. Head for the axes. Left. Climb onto the sardine box. Use the Ratapult. Take the spoon. Use it to break the box, which is in the vicinity of a beach ball. Proceed forward, then go up the wall, get the stars. Now towards box, let it explode, take the star that remains. Left up to the crates leading to the table, climb up, grab the stars. Run along the wall that leads to the left, grab the can of sardines, jump to the other side, then run along the edge. Grab the star, go back to the can of sardines, go over the wires, drop down, now to the road, then right, jump on the sack, then double jump, break the sack, go up the alley, get the stars. Grab the stars, and proceed to the blue pillar of light. Enter the bonus stage, completed, away along the road, continuing along the direction that leads you away from the shopkeepers. Jump on the crates, climb the rope, break the bag, take the battery. Climb up the pits, grab the spoon, then off to the other side. Kill the enemies, climb onto the empty container, double jump to the wall, and grab hold of the action button. At the top, a star, then go back down and take the container with you. Grab the spoon in the location immediately below the last one, use the chili bomb, then blow up the crab, take the spoon, blow up the box, head left, destroy the bag to get three more stars, thus arriving at the end of the alley. . Follow the wall on the left, double jump, grab the battery, and head to the container, via the top on the wires. Take the star near the wire, ignore the ratapult. Go to the pillar of blue light. Jump on the sardines, so as to climb up, take the star and the battery. Break the bag to get three more stars. Follow the thread to get a star. Go down to the lower area. Climb on the garbage, cross the road, head towards the pillar of light. Use the meat to jump onto the case. Break the sack, go down to street level, and back to the pillar of light. Left, towards a crab, pass all three. Go up the steps, get the stars, break the bag, get the stars on the table. Beat the bonus level. Jump over the crates, then off along the pile of trash. Use your SS ability, again arriving at a pillar of light. The gate will open, grab all the catch, then proceed along the boundary of the area.
Kicking Meat Around
Go back to the beginning of the "City Market Area" to talk to Emile. Use the SS skill to go up the ramp to the gate, then proceed along the shelves to the can of sardines, then follow the brick platform, and reach the area with the wires above you. Drop down, and proceed to the next objective. The meat is to the right of your position. Go down to the street, go to the shopkeepers, follow the thread you left in the previous mission. Go up the platform, and get the meat. Use SS to locate the last piece of meat. Go down to the plank, then off to another plank, then jump onto the shelf.
Shopping Trip
Head to the back of the market, enter the rooms, and use the broom as a rope to get to the front section. Throw the meat on the woman's cart by pressing the action key. Run to the third location. Go past the fish vendor, and drop onto the wood, then up the platform and drop the fish into the cart.
The Shopping Bag Heist
Head to the conveyor belt, go up the stairs. Talk to your contact. First mini-game: press the keys that will cause the electricity to proceed in the direction you want. Second mini-game: you will have to press eight keys so that they match the pattern indicated at the top of the screen. Third mini-game: you will have to carry the old lady's cart with a rope. The restaurant chef will chase you. Head right, then left, up the ramp, jump the gap, continue along the screen, avoid all obstacles, double jump over the wooden planks, then you will finally reach the end of the level.
A Long Slide Down
Go ahead, grab the two stars, then start your run. The stars are positioned almost totally in the center, therefore easily reachable. At the fork, head right. You will need a few tries to do this. However, this is the only problematic section of the level.
The Closet Caper
Enter the door in front of you. Go up the pipe, go through the fence. Now towards the wooden planks. Go up the steps. Talk to your father, he will give you a mission. Proceed along the axes, then enter the duct. You will have to help Linguini in preparing the lunch. Two levels ago, you faced a completely similar area, the only differences in this case are the higher frequency of enemies and stars. Head to the blue pillar of light. Git will give you the mission: to kill Skinner. Run along the path, you will notice that the cart is difficult to reach. Jump to the top of the table, grab the chili powder, and head to the crab. It will explode. Go to the side of the room, climb onto the table, then smash the plates to lure Skinner. Take the "Chili bomb" bottle, and bring it to the crab, which will explode here too. Jump to the machine, then flip its switch, and trap Skinner to finish the level.
Rat Trap Mayhem
Towards the kitchen, take the stars. Avoid the mouse traps. Proceed along the kitchen, go to the red rat, you will have to destroy all the mousetraps using the enemies based on the water element as bait. Destroyed all the traps, the mission ends.
The Cookbook
Follow the wall to the opening, then look for the spoon near the stand near you, use it to destroy the sea urchin that covered the opening, take the chili bomb from the other side of the kitchen (inside the trolley), blow up all crabs. Grab the spoon, destroy the hedgehog for good, enter the opening, jump on the ball, use the trampoline to get the bars, then off to the Ratapulta. Go back to the platform with the Ratapulta, then double jump down the corridor, and follow the platforms along the wall. Grab the umbrella, grab the bucket, drop down using the wooden planks, go back to the main area, grab the spoon, destroy the hedgehog, enter the arch, jump to the cabin, then jump to the wall and grab the lamp , proceeding up to the cabin, take the ratapult, use it to get to the counter, and jump to the sardine above you, until you reach the book and, with it, finish the mission.
The Critic
Destroy all the crabs. Break the crates to get the stars. Head to the other side of the map, and you should see a beam of light going up. Drop down after the mini-game, and use the ratapult to go to the other side of the level. Again, there will be another series of mini-games to complete. There will be a few in series, and they will all be similar to the ones you have played in previous levels. A final double jump session will precede the end of the level.
