Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: how to get Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti in The Turquoise Mask

Let's see how to capture Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipi, the three legendary friends of the Turquoise Mask DLC of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Okidogi, Munkidori e Fezandipiti are a trio of Legendary Pokémon introduced in The Turquoise Mask, the first part of the Treasure of Area Zero DLC by Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Clearly you can add them to your personal collection of monsters, but where are they found and how can they be caught? We will explain it to you in this guide.

How to catch Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: how to get Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti in The Turquoise Mask
During the adventure of The Turquoise Mask you will face giant versions of your favorites, but you won't be able to capture them yet

Hailed as the three"beauties" who drove the evil ogre out of Nordivia, as you progress through the plot of The Turquoise Mask you will discover more details and the secret behind this trio of Legendary Pokémon as well as face them in battle.

However, to add them to your collection you will have to first complete the main story of The Turquoise Mask, which takes around 10 - 15 hours, depending on your gaming pace. Only once this requirement has been met will you be able to search for Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti, challenge them again and finally capture them.

But where are they located? Unfortunately, the Pokédex will not be able to help you in this case, unlike us. In any case, the answer is simpler than you think: in fact, the three Pokémon will be waiting for you exactly where you faced them previously in their giant form during the DLC campaign, ready to get a rematch. Below we will show you their exact potion in case you have forgotten it, as well as some specific tips to make every battle a breeze, but first of all some general advice.

The most obvious one is to stock up on Ultra Balls so as not to run out of money at the best moment. Furthermore, it is always a good idea to include one or more Pokémon capable of dealing damage in your team Paralysis, Frostbite or Sleep with moves like Thunder Wave and Sleep Powder, as these altered statuses increase the chances of capture, as well as making battles easier. Instead, avoid Burning, as it could K.O. your target. In any case, before starting each battle, remember to deactivate automatic saving from the options and save the game manually: if you accidentally defeat one of these three Pokémon in battle you will have to wait a real day before being able to face it again.

We also recommend that you bring it with you Pokémon resistant and strong against Poison, since all three favorites belong to this type. Also watch out for their exclusive Ability Toxic Chain, which has a 30% chance to Hyper-Poison your Pokémon with any attack. Unlike normal poison, hyper poison causes progressively higher damage as the turns go by and is really dangerous in long battles. Against Munkidori and Fezandipiti you will have an easy time using a Steel-type Pokémon, completely immune to damage and the poison status. With Okidogi, however, this strategy is not recommended as it also uses Fighting-type moves, which inflict double damage to the Steel-type.

You will be able to face and capture the three favorites in the order you prefer, so you are not forced to follow what we propose below. Plus these Pokémon they cannot appear in a chromatic version, so you don't even waste time reloading your saves a thousand times.

Finally, keep in mind that after the conclusion of the plot of The Turquoise Mask the three good friends will be level 70 regardless of your progress in the base game. As explained in our guide on how to access the expansion, the level of the enemies you will face in The Turquoise Mask varies depending on whether or not you have completed Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, so that even a new player can venture into Nordivia without major difficulties , but this does not apply in this specific case.

Okidogi, where it is found and how to catch it

Okidogi is found in the Paradise Land

Okidogi is located north of the Paradise Land, an area located northwest of Nordivia. Refer to the map above to locate it easily.

It is a dual-type Pokémon Poison / Fighting, so the ideal is to have teammates with Ground and Flying-type moves on your team, from which it takes double damage. The Psychic ones instead cause him four times the normal damage, to the point that you could risk knocking him out. with one shot if you have a team well above level 70.

Munkidori is ready to take revenge at the Laghetto dei Glicini

Munkidori awaits you at Wisteria Pond, the area located southwest of Nordivia. As usual you can refer to the image above to find the Pokémon in the blink of an eye.

Munkidori is also level 70 but is dual-typed Poison / Psycho. The advice is to use Dark, Ghost and Earth-type moves, which in this case inflict double damage.

Let me go

You can reach Fezandipiti either by passing through the Cold Shower Cave or by gliding from the Corno Canyon

Among the three favorites, Fezadipiti is the most difficult to reach, but still nothing too complicated. It is located on the Mount Orco, in the open space indicated in the image above. You can reach it in two ways. The first is to cross again the Cold Shower Cave where you were during the adventure of The Turchese Mask, which is located on the west side of Monte Orco. Once inside the cave you just need to reach the exit which is located at the lowest point and you will be in front of Fezandipiti. The second is to reach the clearing where the Pokémon is located from the outside by gliding with Koraidon / Miraidon starting from the Horn Canyon, the area east of Nordivia.

Fezandipiti will be level 70 and has dual typing Poison / Fairy. As a result, it takes double damage from Steel, Psychic and Ground-type moves, while it is very resistant to Fighting and Bug-type moves and completely immune to Dragon-type moves.
