How to backup Facebook data. The longer you use Facebook, the more data it accumulates - there are apps you've added, photos you've uploaded, places you've checked, not to mention the hundreds of status updates, and a list of all your friends.

How to backup Facebook data procedure
Preliminary operation
First, go to the general page Account settings. You can find it by clicking on the small down arrow at the top right of the menu bar.
Choose 'Generali'. At the bottom of the list, you will see the option 'Download a copy of your Facebook data'.

Confirm your Facebbok identity
Facebook takes the security of your data seriously, so there's an extra layer of security to ensure that it, and only you, can download it.
Before you can access your data, you are asked to re-enter your Facebook password. Click 'Start My Archive' again to get started.
Download the Facebbok backup
Facebook sends you two emails: one to confirm that you have requested a copy of your data, and another to tell you that the download is ready.
This second email contains a link to your archive. Click on the link, then 'Download', and enter the password again.
That's it now you have a data copy of everything you've done on Facebook from profile creation to backup
